The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were really nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. The parking area was ample, and the location was convenient for exploring the city.

Not obvious to find iron and towels, had to call housekeeping for the towels.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the spacious room and the variety of options provided at breakfast. The room was well equipped with a TV and had a great view from its location. The location was also convenient, being close to main attractions and shops. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were a few negative aspects worth mentioning. we found the cleanliness of the room to be below average with hair on the bathroom floor and bedroom floor was also dusty.

Couldn't stay longer.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - close to the city centre but away from the busy city life. It was near to everything, making it convenient for exploring the attractions. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was excellent. They were attentive and friendly, ensuring that all our needs were met. The basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, and we even had a room with a great view. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and a great way to start the day.

During our recent Christmas stay, we enjoyed receiving complimentary baby cot and simple yet pleasant breakfast. the location was also conveniently close to the zoo and other attractions, making it easy for us to explore the area. we were touched by the thoughtfulness of the staff and their excellent service.

The cleanliness of the apartment upon check-in. the toilet had mold in between the tiles and the table was not wiped.
